Job Description
We are seeking a Database Integrations Engineer. This person will use their deep technical expertise to administer, test, and resolve performance issues within database systems.
Responsibilities:
Database Integration:

Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move and integrate data efficiently.

Design, implement, and manage integrations between various databases, APIs, and other enterprise systems.

Address challenges and developing scalable solutions across various system layers
-
Design and build middleware solutions that extend beyond traditional ETL operations
-
Understand the impact of architectural choices, such as on-premise vs. cloud-based systems, and articulate how these affect integration strategies.
AI & Machine Learning Transformation:

Collaborate on strategies to incorporate AI and machine learning into data workflows
Job Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or area of functional responsibility preferred, or a combination of equivalent education and experience

At least 3 years of experience in various platforms and programming languages.

Understanding of data warehousing principles and ETL processes.

Strong knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and web services integration.
-
Proficient in SQL and database management systems.

Experience with database and operating systems
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of all aspects of application development and project life cycles, including Agile applications

Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
-
Demonstrated knowledge in object oriented programming and design

Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their application in data processing.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.
