We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Database & BI Analyst with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in database technologies and business intelligence development. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS\SSRS, Power BI, data warehousing concepts, and Azure data platform, along with experience in C# development. Familiarity with ERP systems is essential, and experience in the manufacturing or engineering-to-order (ETO) sector will be considered a strong asset.

Location Type: This position can be performed remote, onsite, or in a hybrid capacity. There is a strong preference for the person to be located within driving distance to one of our Holland, MI locations. Otherwise, they should be within driving distance to our facilities in Detroit, MI, Greenville, SC, Nashville, TN, or Ogden, UT.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Design, develop, and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Database support and maintain MS SQL Server and Azure SQL databases, ensuring performance, integrity, and availability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain C# applications for internal tools and data-related automation tasks.
• Participate in ERP-related data integration, data warehouse, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor data pipelines\ETL, resolve data quality issues, and provide database-level support.
• Respond to database support tickets and incidents, resolving issues related to performance and access.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience with MS SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS\SSRS and Power BI.
• Proficient in querying Azure SQL Databases and working with C#.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data factory and data warehousing concepts, and DevOps tools concepts (CI/CD pipelines, version control, etc.).
• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP); knowledge of manufacturing or ETO processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering-to-order (ETO) environment preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices or ticketing systems (ServiceNow) is plus.
• Certification in Microsoft BI or Azure technologies preferred.
