The Data Management Associate will provide essential support to the Tenant Advisory Group by assisting Brokers in the organization, maintenance, and analysis of real estate data. About the Role:
- Assist in the collection, validation, and organization of real estate data across multiple platforms and sources
- Maintain up-to-date databases and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Support reporting and analytics efforts by preparing structured datasets for internal and client use
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of data-driven insights
- Help streamline data workflows and contribute to process improvements for efficiency
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or data management tools; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
