We are currently searching for a Database Administrator (DBA):

Responsibilities

• Administer and design SQL Server databases ensuring optimal performance, integrity, and security.
• Perform extensive T-SQL performance tuning and optimization for critical systems.
• Develop and maintain Windows scripts to automate administrative tasks.
• Manage and execute on-call duties independently according to the established schedule.
• Work effectively under pressure, demonstrating ownership and accountability during incident management.
• Collaborate and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to ensure database reliability and scalability.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator.
• Advanced expertise in SQL Server database design and management.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL performance tuning and query optimization.
• Solid knowledge of Windows scripting.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
