About the Position:

Reporting to the Delivery Management Head, you will act as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions. You will work as a liaison between the business units and the IT department's Client Operations team by identifying customer needs and translating those needs into workable solutions. For this position, it is essential to have responsibility, a zeal for delivery, good time management habits and a fun attitude while working with some amazing people!

What you will do:

  • Routinely perform cross-functional responsibilities to analyze business challenges, data problems, process inefficiencies.
  • Support the team to define requirements, identify and recommend solutions to those problems.
  • Use SQL Server, Visual Studio, and other development tools to support the development team and fulfill Ad-Hoc request.
  • Manage team backlogs, owning the prioritization process, and managing key initiatives for scope, schedule, resource allocations, and risks.
  • Apply process improvement methods by effectively organizing and utilizing organizational assets and the application of best practices.
  • Develop functional requirements for new and existing systems, data loads, jobs, and processes.
  • Translate information requests from internal customers involving ambiguity into actionable tasks for developers.
  • Gather and document business requirements, system flows, data flow, data dependencies and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, solution analysis, and project kickoffs
  • Manage inbound request queue, prioritize requests, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Perform QA on applications, processes and reports that have been built by developers.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis by creating ad-hoc reports/queries using SQL.
  • Support IT team governance, audit, and control process
  • Manage and govern data documentation of solution, requirements, credentials, and processes.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership and exert influence outside of immediate team.
  • Integrate technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for clients.
  • Special projects as requested



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or Product Owner.
  • Experience working with Agile Project Management tools (JIRA, Rally, VersionOne, etc.)
  • Technical expertise regarding requirements gathering, process engineering, technical documentation
  • Experience with large-scale, complex data environments
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies and related SDLC concepts (Scrum, SAFe, XP, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of Microsoft SSIS package development experience including experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL and be able to write complex logic using SQL as part of ETL and use SQL effectively to perform complex data analysis and discovery.
  • Experience in Healthcare Industry is preferred.
  • Ability to self-motivate and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
