SAIC has a potential opportunity for a Sustainment Analyst to support the Army's Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities and Sustainment (ALECS) contract.
This work is contingent based on contract award which is expected in March 2022.
**This position requires OCONUS long-distance travel.**
The Sustainment Analyst studies and determines asset requirements and distribution for sustainment assets from receipt to warehouse to support sustainment level maintenance and engineering of ground vehicle deployed or garrison fleets to ensure fleet readiness. These assets are required to perform the material maintenance and engineering requiring the major repair, overhaul, or complete rebuilding of major systems, end items, parts, assemblies, and subassemblies; manufacture of parts; technical assistance; and testing. Performance of the Sustainment Level Maintenance and Engineering shall be in accordance with the technical manuals, Depot and National Level Maintenance Requirements (DMER/NMWR, Modification Work order (MWO), or other technical directions provided by the U.S. Government. The Senior Sustainment Analyst provides supply support reports based on analysis.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
***This position REQUIRES U.S. citizenship and, at minimum, an active DoD secret-level clearance. All candidates without an active clearance will be immediately disqualified.***
It is required that the Sustainment Analyst possesses the following (No substitutions will be considered):
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of a combined five (5) years of experience determining sustainment support requirements for deployed and garrison fleets
- Three (3) years of experience in order, procurement, delivery, shipment, and expediting material in support of sustainment operations
- Active Secret Clearance
A preferred candidate will have the following skills, qualifications, and/or experience:
- Military experience at the Warrant Officer Level III or higher in the planning and execution of sustainment support.
- DAWIA Level III Life Cycle Logistics Certification
