Job Description

  • Responsible for the enhancement and improvement of applications for global HR operations, payroll, talent acquisition, workforce management, benefits, learning management and more, including migration and integration of existing application solutions to SAP SuccessFactors
  • As a Senior Business Analyst/Developer, provide HRIS application solutions with new feature functionality, strategic projects initiatives, continuous system improvements and business process automation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide Dynatrace employees excellent user experience with day-to-day navigation in HRIS platform(s)
  • Work with the security and compliance team to assure applications and enhancements are compliant and secure, adhering to established processes/procedures
  • Utilizing Agile best practices, execute the continuous workload of business systems priorities, schedules and deliverables
  • Own assigned project work by defining solutions, building and testing solutions
  • Participate in architect and peer review process
  • Prepare solution documentation with related business and system process flows
  • Act as influencer and mentor with onboarding new team members

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience performing HRIS/HCM application analysis, configuration and development, preferably utilizing SAP-SuccessFactors
  • HS Diploma or GED required


Preferred Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise in HR business process, technology and development best practices in a global technology company
  • Deep knowledge of HR cloud-based business applications and related business processes
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Certification on SAP SuccessFactors Platform
  • Excellent communication, documentation capabilities and organization skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or Information Systems, Master's preferred


Additional Information
DOE, salary $135K - $155K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
