Join SAIC on a contract impacting national security as a Signals Analyst. This position is located in Ft. Meade, MD. All positions require an active/current TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.
The Signals Analyst will be responsible for operating signal collection, processing, and analysis equipment; analyze signals from recordings or in a live environment; collaborate with analysts throughout the Intelligence Community and maintain awareness of analysis projects being worked on a particular signal. The Signal Analyst prepares complex technical reports detailing the analysis results and presents technical briefings on analysis findings to members of the intelligence community in accordance with Government direction and customer requirements.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Determine signal characteristics of waveforms or bit level necessary for the exploitation of signals of interest.
- Perform the collection, evaluation, and documentation of recordings of new or previously unexploited data.
- Translate analytical results into briefings to communicate characteristics of signal for identification and/or exploitation.

- Provide guidance to developers and operators of signal characteristics at the waveform or bit level necessary for the exploitation of signals of interest.
- Oversee the development, deployment or collection, documentation and evaluation of recordings of new or previously unexploited data.
- Provide analytical and operational support for tactical and strategic mission intelligence systems.
- Oversee the development, deployment or collection, documentation and evaluation of recordings of new or previously unexploited signal data.
- Analyze complex system integration requirements to identify mission vulnerability targets and develop multiple scenarios to resolve all mission threats.

Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Signals Analyst 2 - Seven (7) years or more experience as a Signals Analyst supporting the IC or USG Military
Signals Analyst 3 - Ten (10) years or more experience as a Signals Analyst supporting the IC or USG Military
