Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop measurement frameworks for mobile apps and websites that align to organization and product specific goals and key performance indicators that tie to business impact and ROI
  • Act as a subject matter expert on best-in-class digital analytics and optimization, consulting with stakeholders to enable the best possible view to user behaviors
  • Lead face-to-face brainstorming session with key stakeholders on the marketing, technical and design sides of a client's business
  • Support product teams with ad hoc and recurring reporting, and deep dive analytics to answer key business questions
  • Develop learning and optimization plans collaboratively with data science, web analytics, and business stakeholders
  • Evangelize importance of analytics and optimization across the organization while developing strong relationships with the business stakeholders
  • Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope
  • Monitor trends in web, social, digital and mobile media and exploring new tools, trends and applications that could positively impact our business
  • Supporting reporting and analysis using Adobe Analytics on mobile platform and partnering with implementation team to ensure proper tagging of Adobe Analytics
  • Manage multiple projects, with multiple remote teams, at one time
  • Provide regular status updates to the leadership and quickly escalate potential issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of digital analytics experience working with large, distributed teams
  • 3+ years of experience in managing the analytics lifecycle, including testing methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • 2+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to business units and key stakeholders, gathering requirements and communicating those requirements to the technical development team.
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing the Adobe suite of web analytics products


Preferred Qualification:

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
