Job Description

• Conduct system and business process analysis and review design documents. Lead organizational analysis efforts to identify current capabilities, opportunities for improvement and drives measurement, prioritization and implementation of identified opportunities.
• Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment. Identify and manage stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a project by understanding key stakeholders authority and influence as it pertains to business process.
• Write, communicate and vet requirements and user stories with business leaders using different approaches such as use cases, sequence diagrams, class or entity relationship diagrams while working with an Agile framework.
• Gather business requirements that effect technology systems, and engage with technology partners to develop solution through technology change process.
• Design web applications, cloud-based solutions using Amazon AWS tools like EC2 instances, S3 storage, Elastic Cache and Lambda. Deploy product to Cloud platform and enhancements.
• Identify and mitigate potential bugs using different approaches like peer reviews and automated unit tests.
• Design and develop Application Architectural Framework to support required business functionality.

Qualifications
Education: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computational Sciences or related field.
Experience: Two (2) years' post-baccalaureate experience as a Business Intelligence/Systems Analyst or related role. Experience must include Agile framework, Open shift, Jira, Rally, Confluence, Visio, Oracle, Connect direct, ESP JOB, and Eclipse.
