  • Fully Remote - U.S.



Position:

This person is responsible for the design, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of financial reports/dashboards for our Technology Enabled Services business unit. This person is a SME in "real world" data visualization techniques and capabilities. The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst will also be responsible for identifying and deploying dashboards, data visualizations, and analytic models through business partnerships, project management, and analytical support using industry best practices.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support financial business intelligence (BI) solutions including but not limited to dashboards, scorecards, operational and scheduled reports, ad-hoc queries, and decision support
  • Utilize financial systems (TM1/PAx, Workday, SAP, and Oracle), Microsoft PowerBI to consolidate and report on metrics vs. plans and forecasts
  • Learn multiple products in TES and intimately understand how KPI's will vary from department to department
  • Communicate directly with non-technical business users to understand business user needs, objectives, and related requirements for reports and dashboards. Translate those business requirements into technical specifications that will be used to develop reports and dashboards = (full lifecycle)
  • Analyze Results - Analyze the key drivers and metrics vs historical performance, budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans and communicate results to leadership for decision support, plan reviews and operational reviews



Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Power BI. Also, experience with Tableau is a strong plus
  • Advanced Excel skills, bonus if skills include Excel dashboard experience
  • Proven Analytical Mindset - demonstrable experience in using data to explain a business story
  • Knowledge in best practices in visualization
  • SQL Skills, including coding, stored procedures, functions, indexes, and views



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior executive dashboard development experience
  • Consulting and/or Healthcare billing industry experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Python coding experience highly desirable
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Familiarity in working in Dev/Test/QA and prod environments


Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • General office demands


Travel:

  • Candidate should plan to travel 0-15% in this position. The travel will primarily be to Alpharetta, GA for onsite meetings with executives.
