ZoomInfo is looking for a Sr Business Analyst to join our outstanding Data Product Management Team. This position will be responsible for managing the development and prioritization of ZoomInfo’s internal algorithms that help ingest, normalize, and publish sales intelligence data. The person in this role will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to ensure our internal rules-based and data science algorithms are making decisions that result in the highest quality sales intelligence data. This individual will be a part of an experienced and high performing team which is responsible for building the future of search and match products.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to identify and build cases for new product opportunities
• Support the development of the product roadmap
• Gather and document requirements from different stakeholders to build and enhance internal data engineering algorithms and services
• Partner with engineering to refine and prioritize product requirements using agile process and methodology
• Facilitate acceptance testing feedback loop with stakeholders to ensure the product meets business requirements
• Clearly communicate the status of projects on the product roadmap and in development
• Create acceptance criteria and develop test cases to support testing efforts

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in in a B2B SaaS environment preferred
• Good understanding of how data is acquired, processed and normalized, and past experience about search technology and matching algorithm (huge plus)
• Ability to identify and plan what’s important, and juggle a variety of competing priorities. Should be autonomous and proactive.
• Project management skills to keep complex product timelines on track
• Ability to move fast and adapt quickly to changing business priorities
• Discipline in enforcing an agile software development process (refinement, sprint planning) in a SaaS environment from concept through implementation and delivery, preferably using JIRA
