Campbell Ewald has a great opportunity for an Analyst / Senior Analyst (based on experience) to join our Strategy and Analytics teams to manage the development and distribution of recurring and ad-hoc CRM analyses supported by insights and recommendations.  This position will work on a growing, premier automotive account to provide analytics, data and business intelligence support.

Preferred experience and skills include:

  • 3-4 years of marketing analytics / consumer CRM analytics experience
  • Highly accountable individual with excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to craft and tell data stories both to internal teams and to clients
  • Ability to clearly present ideas and analysis both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work across multiple projects        
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Highly proficient in SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, Hadoop environment)
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with statistical concepts and knowledge of Test/Control methodologies
  • Experience with A/B and Multivariate test design and implementation
  • CRM Marketing experience highly valued
  • Experience with modern data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Familiarity with CRM databases, data feed and structures, and marketing technologies such as Adobe Campaign and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Python a plus but not required
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and changes in direction
  • Resourcefulness - creatively use resources to proactively solve problems and get the job done

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

  • Organizational skills to manage and prioritize daily work flow
  • Develop queries to retrieve data for projects, reports or programs and integrate appropriate data elements with ad-hoc report assignments
  • Deliver on-time scheduled reporting, dashboard, and ad-hoc reporting in a timely fashion
  • Be a problem solver, showing ability to resolve issues independently, but knowing when issues need to be escalated and/or delegated
  • Mine CRM data for insights and key trends that address business questions
  • Possess a strong comprehension of client’s business objectives and design reporting and analysis approaches tailored to their needs
  • Develop, write and present analysis to internal teams and clients
  • Deliver insights that enable strategic decision making and future investment
  • Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships, help drive strategy, measurement methodologies, and evolve into a CRM Analytic SME
  • Proactively identify opportunities for data exploration and analysis
  • Proactively address process and communications issues and impediments
  • Attendance at client meetings locally (travel may be required, but will likely be limited)
