What you'll do!

  • Recommend and deploy solutions that enable internal teams to understand, explore and analyze operational and financial data
  • Identify opportunities for developing new data sources and provide technical leadership around making those data sources high quality and broadly available
  • Create data analytics frameworks to understand business performance
  • Document business and functional requirements to cater towards short and long-term management reporting, dashboards and analytical needs for the business
  • Perform data analysis and design activities at the operational and organizational level to build a central repository
  • Lead financial forecasting reviews with Commercial/Operations teams
  • Actively identify, develop, manage and implement analyses to uncover areas off opportunity and present written business recommendations that help drive customer experience and process improvements
  • Interact with business partners and internal stakeholders to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests
  • Provide data to generate team performance metrics
  • Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education level
  • Develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with customers and Cytiva staff
  • Align with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals


Who you are!

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in one or more of the following areas: Life Sciences, Healthcare or related fields.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional product development/integration, product support, or project management
  • Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts)
  • Knowledgeable about Key Performance Indicators, business process improvement
  • Experienced at setting goals and monitoring performance to goals
  • Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously
  • Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with variety of teams of staff and customers
