Senior Manager, Network Analytics and Strategy

This individual will be an astute, analytical, and highly motivated self-starter that will participate in identifying development opportunities and performance of our provider network, including financial and other management metrics. The ideal candidate will possess great attention to detail and strive for excellence in every interaction. A confident communicator with a dynamic personality and a drive to reach decision makers is essential. Strong analytical abilities and confident in working independently in unstructured environments.

Example Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop analytical models in support of both current and new business initiatives
• Research available data and build custom analyses and presentations for provider negotiations, partnerships and engagement
• Enhance and maintain provider network data accuracy program
• Develop network education and opportunity tools for external sales teams
• Proactively identify operational and strategic inefficiencies and propose well-reasoned, data supported solutions
• Analysis in support of improving operational efficiencies and performance
• Work with operations leadership to create and execute on process enhancements
• Develop and run quantitative analytics to estimate value generation for both current and future business needs
• Perform projects as needed by departmental leadership

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a preference for majors in Finance, Economics, or STEM fields
• 3-5 years experience in health care industry and provider data metrics (preferred)
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Ability to use functions such as INDEX MATCH, IF and other logic statements, VLOOKUPS)
• Strong analytical background and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and carry out multiple priorities independently
• Ability to multi-task several projects/initiatives simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking, communication, presentation and writing skills
