Senior M&A Analyst

As Senior M&A Analyst, you will work withcross-functional teams to develop HCE and business unit specific strategicplans, research potential acquisition targets and strategic investments, andgrow into quarterbacking transactions from end-to-end. You will work with the Senior Director,M&A, the Senior Director of Strategy, and the HCE leadership team toformulate the business groups' organic and inorganic strategies, and you willdevelop ongoing relationships with target and potential acquisitive orpartnership companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Strategy and M&A leadership to execute the HCE strategic planning process
- Partner with HCE business unit leadership teams to understand and develop organic and inorganic strategies and investment theses
- Conduct market research and develop analyses of the industrial software competitive landscapes
- Identify and screen potential acquisition, strategic /partnership, and venture investment targets; support target identification activities and help manage comprehensive acquisition and venture pipeline list
- Screen, analyze, and develop a strong business case for potential acquisitions and partnerships
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- M&A transaction experience/exposure
- Strong executive communication and project management capabilities
- SaaS business model and product experience, strongly preferred
