Job Description

Butterfly Network is looking for an exceptional analyst to allow us to scale and optimize our supply chain across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, in-field monitoring and returns. You will work with the Butterfly operations team to understand all business flows and design solutions to improve those flows and lead their implementation. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and combine excellent problem solving and project management skills as well as an exhaustive understanding of supply chains. Join us in making medical imaging technologies more accessible, less expensive and easier to use to achieve more accurate and more timely diagnosis and decisions-making for patients around the world. 

As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be: 

  • Identifying requirements for new systems or existing system integrations across our global supply chain through stakeholder interviews and research
  • Designing solutions and identifying internal and external resources required for implementation
  • Managing projects to rapidly deliver new capabilities like an operations control tower
  • Analyzing existing system performance, identifying and resolving problems and potential barriers to scale
  • Perform a broad variety of tasks in support of the role and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Engineering or other relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience as a supply chain data analyst or comparable role
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and mastery of engineering fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Strong experience with SQL and Python

Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it’s ok if you don’t!):

  • Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, PLM systems like Omnify and demand/supply planning systems and Integrated Business Planning Platforms
  • Experience with BigQuery, PubSub, EDI
  • Experience in consumer hardware business and multi-location operations and a global supply chain
