The Senior Data Analyst, Performance Partnership, will perform research and investigation of business systems and problems using qualitative and quantitative skills and methods. You will interpret and analyze clinical data from various sources and use that data to create a compelling business case around improving the value that the laboratory brings to a health system enterprise by which the Performance Partnership Principals can present back to the client team.

You will be a part of the North American Commercial Organization on the Performance Partnership team. The Performance Partnership program is designed to transform clinical laboratories into high-performing organizations through a thoughtful combination of benchmarkable tools and processes, educational materials, and expert consultation services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide management with analytics, statistical findings, conclusions, and potential recommendations that will guide improvement strategies internally and externally regarding identified key performance indicators.
  • Work alongside subject matter experts in Lean, Six Sigma, DBS, Change Management, Analytics, to understand how to appropriately go to GEMBA on various topics and utilize that data to compile the story.
  • Gain deep customer insights and be future focused in and ways and means to solve customer problems.
  • Be immersed in the Healthcare provider ecosystem and have a unique understanding of how our customers perceive the industry from the inside out.


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 9+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with modern Business Intelligence platforms
  • Experience with Azure SQL databases


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Expertise in clinical diagnostics.
  • Experience with Azure Analysis Services
  • Experience with BowerBI
