Senior Compliance Analyst

The Red Hat Information Technology (IT) Compliance team is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join us. In this role, you will work within the IT Compliance team to support enterprise-level business controls and audit-related activities across Red Hat's enterprise applications landscape. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team across many business functions and regions within Red Hat. As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will access various IT systems to determine various audit applicability. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop IT controls for IT systems. You'll need to be motivated to engage with fellow Red Hatters to guide and enable their success, agile in response to changes and needs of various stakeholders, and analytical in identifying risks, opportunities, and dependencies across the program. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
What you will do
- Work in partnership with application owners to determine audit applicability for various audits, e.g., ASCA or SOX
- Perform IT risk assessments across systems within Red Hat's corporate IT portfolio
- Design and implement controls across IT systems
- Work with various application owners on control deficiencies and remediation plans
- Ensure that IT controls are regularly reviewed, updated, and accurate
- Assist in developing requirements, implementation, training users, and supporting the Compliance module created within new ServiceNow tool
- Facilitate audit walkthroughs with internal and external auditors
- Create, develop, and maintain audit request procedures
- Lead a team of auditors to ensure that application teams are following security standards
What you will bring
- 4+ years of relevant compliance experience in a compliance or business control environment
- Solid understanding of corporate functions and corporate IT landscapes
- Comfortable operating in rapidly changing environments with an emphasis on deadline management and project ownership
- Ability to synthesize and analyze complex business and IT-related scenarios to identify and communicate potential risk and to draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with technical documentation is a plus
- Comfortable working with senior-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Expertise in leading technical demonstrations and creating content using a wide set of data and information from various sources
- Experience with Tableau and creating executive dashboards
- Adept at adopting new technologies for day-to-day work activities
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree is a plus
- Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) certifications are a plus
