Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops. Perform gap analysis (as is functionality versus to be functionality)
- Participate in end-to-end activities related to implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management
- Build scalable analytical framework to monitor data quality supporting analytics organization (Sales Analytics, Finance Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Product, and Talent Analytics)
- Work with several data teams to deploy data quality across pipelines and to set up processes to evaluate data issues
- Create reporting functions to measure data quality for data assets
- Communicate data quality insights and drive projects to improve data quality
- Look for data quality opportunities to promote a data quality mindset across ServiceNow
- Participate in User Acceptance testing and recommend improvements.
- Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies by working with product management and engineering teams.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or analytical field
- 5+ years of SQL experience including 3+ years' experience delivering insights on data quality for high scale data processes
- Experience in data visualization and reporting using open source libraries/packages and third-party tools (MicroStrategy or PowerBI or Tableau or similar)
- 1-3 years of automation with Python
- Statistical background is plus
- Experience analyzing business situations and working within a group environment to provide efficient software solutions
- Experienced in preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis
- Experience completing multiple, complex technical projects
- Enjoyment working in a collaborative environment
- Experience in working with writing SQL queries
- Comfortable presenting solutions to large audiences and senior executives in person, virtual, and webinars
- A willingness to take on tasks that sometimes would fall outside of their scope
- Ability to develop applications that meets goals
- Enjoyment working with customers and gets gratification from building useful IT applications and solutions

Work personas
Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.
Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
