Job Overview

This role is in support of our Invoice Accelerator and Supply Chain Financing Business. Reporting to the Senior Director of Invoice Accelerator, you will focus on providing data and insights within the business to make decisions, identify solutions, improve operational efficiencies, and forecast revenue, loss and workforce requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather internal and external requirements for data requests and report creation
• Establish an understanding of enterprise data elements to be able to assess availability and limitations of deliverables
• Validate and normalize requirements and user stories
• Suggest and Prioritize data review requests and updates for the business
• Involves team in identifying and removing impediments and known risks continuously
• Ensures cross-team and inter-team transparency and communication on scope, goals, milestones, risk, and critical issues
• Train junior Business analysts
• Generate Data Visualization for Business communication to executive leaders in the company

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related area 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a Business Analyst role
• Must be able to clearly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills teamed with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to develop successful and lasting relationships with internal and external customers
• Working knowledge of Agile software development process
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload
• Solid understanding of various Agile frameworks (Kanban), values, and principles

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience working with SQL technologies (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Query Development) a plus
• Experience working with data focused technical teams strongly preferred
• Experience using Agile-tracking tools (Jira, Rally, TFS, Azure Dev Ops) a plus
• Experience in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company preferred
• Experience in Financing / Factoring / Credit industry
