Come join the ICS Data Analytics organization as a Senior Business Data Analyst! The Data Capabilities team's mission is to advance the outcomes of the Data Analytics org by driving cross-functional data initiatives and leading the charter on building world-class scalable data and analytics platforms. As part of the Data Capabilities team, you will help us stand-up processes, governance, and technology to drive better overall data management in terms of data quality, data instrumentation, standards, access, and more. This role supports Customer Success and works closely with the broader Data Analytics and Data Engineering organizations. You will have a direct impact on the core technologies powering the data organization and will influence end to end data strategies to unlock the power of data, delivering amazing customer benefits. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with product analytics, web analytics, customer care analytics, or other customer experience analytics
  • Experience in Data Management principles specifically for data ownership, stewardship, documenting data lineage and driving data strategies/governance
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or equivalent experience
  • Highly proficient in SQL, A/B Testing, Qlik Sense, and Excel. Familiarity with Product Analytics Tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.) Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
  • Ability to influence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership level
  • Strategic thinker with ability to provide solutions for business problems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
  • Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical leaders and colleagues
  • Proactive and inquisitive learner seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that solve for our customers, rather than reacting to circumstances
  • Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills
  • Driving business strategy: You will provide recommendations utilizing multiple types of data, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions when data doesn't exist. You will be critical to decision-making



Responsibilities

  • Design and execute strategies, governance, quality and management of enterprise information/data and analytics
  • Identify opportunities and influence partners to act: You will partner with Product, Customer Success, and Analytics leaders to influence strategic decisions and solve the challenges facing the Data & Analytics community through innovative solutions
  • You will create tools, templates, and training materials to empower analysts and build an inclusive learning environment across the team
  • Drive creation of data program roadmaps and data execution plans for complex, cross-organizational teams across all phases of planning, development, production readiness and launch
  • Influence decisions by connecting strategy, priorities, and business/technical outcomes
  • Lead execution in partnership across multiple functions including Data Engineering, VEP Product Management, Data Analytics, as well as with central data teams to align and deliver successful outcomes
