We are looking for an experienced Analyst Relations leader to join us in our mission to save people time by making the world more productive.

 

In this role, you'll lead ClickUp's Analyst Relations strategy, reporting directly to the Head of Global Communications. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to architect our approach and craft our strategy for industry analyst engagement. Your work will directly impact our market positioning, product strategy, and competitive outlook. It will be your job to distill our product and brand messaging and help us connect with analysts around the world through targeted engagements and personal relationships.

The Role:
- Build and execute an analyst relations strategy to influence, educate, and secure product endorsements

- Develop strong, trusted relationships with key analysts through frequent interactions and engagements

- Ensure ongoing ClickUp coverage in reports, evaluations, and research, including Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDC Marketscapes

- Own the analyst engagement calendar including managing inquiries, briefings, advisory days, and analyst events to keep analysts current and up to date

- Educate teams – especially sales, marketing, product, and customer success – on analyst perspectives and materials that customers and prospects can leverage

- Manage the creation of presentations and briefing documents, working alongside the product, marketing, and customer success teams.

 

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of analyst relations and/or product communications experience with enterprise technology, in-house or at an agency

- Proven leadership in developing and executing strategic analyst relations programs through work with senior executives, product management, public relations, and product marketing functions

- A knack for knowing what will interest this audience and how to shape messaging for different engagements

- Demonstrated ability to form authentic, trust-based relationships with analysts, clients, and colleagues

- Experience advising internal leaders and manage cross-functional teams on analyst engagement strategy and overall market dynamics

- Ability to develop metrics, build executive summaries, and communicate business and technology insights

- Strong attention to detail, high-energy and the ability to be scrappy and multi-task to prioritize high profile projects and balance urgent inbound requests with ease

- An interest in the latest moves in technology and the future of work.
