This role offers an opportunity to be hands-on with our Workday Environment as well as our proprietary machine learning and artificial intelligence platform, data science studio. As Dataiku continues to grow, we’ll look to this role to help support our organization in delivering actionable insights to our business partners as well as build robust integrations that connect our various People and IT systems. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, maintain and support all Workday integrations using the suite of Workday integration tools, including but not limited to studio, cloud connectors and PECI files
  • Ensure all scheduled integration runs perform as expected and troubleshoot as needed
  • Analyze business requirements and provide effective integration solutions
  • Support mass change imports using Workday EIBs
  • Plan, design and deliver new Workday integrations across following modules and more: HCM, Payroll, Benefits
  • Develop, deploy, and support analytic data products, such as data marts, ETL’s (extract/transform/load), functions (in Python/SQL/DBT) in a cloud data warehouse environment using Snowflake, stitch, AWS services (e.g. EC2, lambda, kinesis)
  • Navigate various data sources and efficiently locate data in a complex data ecosystem
  • Work closely with our data analysts and people systems manager to build data models and metrics to support their analytics needs
  • Maintain and support deployed ETL pipelines and ensure data quality
  • Develop monitoring and alerting systems to provide visibility into the health of data infrastructure, cloud applications and data pipelines
  • Partner with the IT enterprise applications and engineering teams on integration efforts between systems that impact data & Analytics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Python, .Net, middleware), 1+ year hands-on Workday Integrations experience & 1 Full lifecycle Workday Integrations Implementation, 3+ years specifically with Workday or Data Integration tools, 1 full life cycle HRIS implementation (preferred)
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
