Partner Strategy and Operations Analyst

ClickUp is looking for a highly motivated Partner Strategy & Operations Analyst to help build, scale, and optimize channel partner programs within ClickUp. The Partner Strategy & Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally with sales, professional services, support, marketing, and enablement to build impactful partner programs. You will also be responsible for helping to oversee and ensure the success of ClickUp’s partner programs.

The Role:
- Leverage technical skills to assist with implementing and managing a partner relationship management system
- Assist with the partners onboarding process and experience by partnering cross-functionally to determine and build onboarding objectives, success metrics, and milestones
- Work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to support and scale processes
- Help to define a support and escalation framework for Partnerships. Assist with implementation across partners
- Create and update reports and dashboards that assist the reporting and targeting efforts of the Partnerships team
- Develop relationships across teams as a means of connecting partners to solutions that will drive business
Qualifications:
- A passion for building from nothing--programs and teams
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business or another relevant field
- 2-3+ years of experience in partner programs or business operations; additional relevant experience in solution architecture or technical consulting a plus
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills around creating, documenting, and managing complex processes
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments concurrently
- Positive attitude, teachable, and highly motivated
