Position Summary 

As the MSSP Analyst, you will work closely with our MSSP sales team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to support the efforts in achieving operational excellence. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day program operations for our MSSP programs and partnerships. This is a vital position to help ensure ease of doing business is flawless between us and our strategic partners. This role requires managing a set of daily processes including, but not limited to, opportunity management, monthly billing, data hygiene, agreement processes, partner onboarding, and analytics. There will also be opportunity to determine new processes and business-related improvements to standardize effectiveness in the business. This is a high impact role that will afford you the ability to shape our systems and processes for long term sustainability while working with a small agile team.

What you will do

  • Support the Channel Program Operations Manager to create and develop mechanisms to improve MSSP sales operation efficiency
  • Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Create and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and intelligence to MSSP sales and other cross functional departments
  • Day to day support of MSSP sales team that includes reinforcing best practices, problem solving and resolution of issues
  • Improve processes to drive greater MSSP operational efficiency
  • Handle various sales applications and drive user engagement
  • Provide training and create enablement materials for users as new processes are developed
  • Drive specific projects from start to finish, representing the interests of MSSP sales and channel operations

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales operations or channel operations preferred
  • Experience using Excel including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
  • Salesforce.com CPQ experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter for ambiguous tasks in fast-paced work environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
