What you will be doing as a Marketing and Creative Services Coordinator:

• Helps to manage the smooth and seamless intake and workflow processes for the Creative Services department
• Supports the automated platform tool used to intake and manage all projects in the department
• Helps to manage project development process for low business initiatives from initiation to closure as well as foundational work for our business units
• Develops project plans and timelines for each integrated campaign
• Tracks budget and performance metrics for assigned projects, including invoicing, pacing, performance documents, etc.
• Manages the creation and implementation of marketing campaign activation elements, including inputting jobs into our automated workflow system.
• Works directly with agency resources (internal and external) to support the execution of elements for marketing campaigns
• Responsible for campaign and project tracking and reporting
• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute cross-platform and cross channel marketing tactics
• Secures all necessary approvals (management, business unit, risk control, claim, legal, creative, etc.) on marketing campaign assets
• Responsible for communicating within the department and cross-functionally to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of integrated marketing campaigns
• Maintains and manages enterprise marketing production and media (inclusive of creative rotation, specs documents, space and material deadlines)

What you will bring to the role as a Marketing and Creative Services Coordinator:

• 2+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related field
• Bachelor' s degree
• Successfully worked in a matrix organization
• Proven track record working with multiple clients on marketing campaigns and creative development
• Ability to build strong internal team/client relationships and be a team player
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and digital advertising platforms, including social media
• Good project management and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task assignments
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Initiative and " can-do, whatever it takes to get it done" attitude
