This new role will be at the intersection of the Global Data Analytics (GDA) team and the Marketing team and will be instrumental to the success of both. We're looking for an Analytics professional with experience in the Marketing / Advertising space to join the rapidly growing GDA team. This is a phenomenal opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the success of one of Ford's most meaningful businesses.
What you'll be able to do:

  • Conduct end-to-end analyses to drive insights for marketing partners around campaign performance and impact to sales pipeline progression, expansion, and customer retention.
  • Demonstrate strong business analysis and communication skills - capturing and documenting requirements, understanding business impacts and tradeoffs, proposing solutions, detailing, and training.
  • Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences, through clear visualizations and presentations.
  • Lead development of standardized, deep dives, and ad hoc analyses; extract, summarize and help present key insights and recommendations to partners to advise marketing decisions and optimize brand performance.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to support analytics goals


Minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience of analysis and modeling using SQL, Python and/or R (or other stats / analytics tools).
  • 1+ year experience building data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Quick Sight, or similar BI solution).

Our preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Data Science/Analyst role supporting Marketing.
  • A/B testing, and experimental design.
  • Experience with CRM Analytics - coordinating and synthesizing customer data to provide concrete outcomes.
  • Experience working in a multi-functional, agile product team environment.
  • Experience working with MarTech and analytics process across social, brand, paid media, eCRM campaigns, etc.
