Primary Responsibilities:

• Create business and operational process flows with accompanying documentation
• Collaborating with business and technology leaders to complete detailed analysis
• Planning, coordinating, and keeping contents of executive meetings focused
• Determining business goals, engineering goals and OKRs and how to measure performance
• Providing tactical support to implement ideas in partnership with the Chief of Staff
• Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within operational processes
• Providing CIO and Chief of Staff with insight and analysis on the company's operations
• Providing support and oversight for business and engineering initiatives
• Planning, coordinating and leading leadership meetings
• Identifying and providing recommendations on improvements across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of in a product or engineering environment
• 2+ years of exposure to a large, multi-segment portfolio
• 2+ years of experience translating technical and scientific information into layman's terms
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience managing projects of varying duration (1-12+ months)
• 1+ years of Demonstrated experience developing business presentations for executive-level audiences and developing messaging around business strategies
• Experience working in health care industry
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing data to support decision making
• Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
• Proven ability to proactively communicate concise, written summaries of potential issues or risks
• Proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally and lead toward common goals, influence, and lead without authority

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
