Please review the following job description:

Analyze, gather and interpret data related to mortgage servicing of defaulted loans. Manage reports, data requests, process change requests; attend related meetings; and prepare related communications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Analyze and process requests for data and process changes from internal and external business partners. Analyze department financial reporting to identify trends and possible risks. Review and reconcile department pipeline data reports. Prepare reporting to be presented to management and to respond to follow ups. Track department's high risk collateral transactions and monitor related deadlines. Manage and track department reports, identify and communicate adverse issues, trends or inefficiencies to management. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners, managing expectations and accountability All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Two years or more experience in Mortgage Servicing, Default, Finance, or Risk

Knowledge of mortgage servicing and default applications

Proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel.

Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact professionally with leadership from other lines of business

Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and decision making skills.

Experience with online collaboration platforms such as WebEx, Skype, or GoToMeeting

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Experience with database querying including SQL knowledge

Knowledge of investor and insurer mortgage servicing guidelines

Experience working in a special projects setting

Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.

Varies - Currently up to 25%. Pre-COVID 40-50% - Must be able to travel with limited advance notice.
