Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Apply engineering best practices in order to analyze, design, develop, deploy and support software solutions.
- Influence team members through lean agile leadership.
- Mentor on Software Craftsmanship and Quality Standards.
- Develop software using continuous Deployment and integration practices.
- Participate in an Agile implementation and maintenance of source control and release procedures.
- Participate in Code Reviews and feedback to the team
- Mentor technical members of the team.
- Contribute to a collaborative work environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions.
- Identify data quality issues and their root causes. Propose fixes and design data audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering, debugging, analysis, testing and software documentation experience.
- Advanced programming skills.
- Code Knowledge: Python, SQL, Kafka, AWS, Snowflake.
- Experience architecting a data platform using Snowflake.
- Experience with Agile methodologies/DevOps environment.
- Prior Asset Management and/or Institutional Investments experience .
- Orchestration using Airflow automation tool experience.
- Prior experience with data mesh implementation.
- Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, practices, along with Data Quality and Data Concepts.
- Strong understanding of Data Integration Patterns and Tooling including ELT/ETL, EII, Replication, Event Streaming and Virtualization to support batch and real-time data needs.
- Understanding of 4-6 subject areas/domains of data.
- Provides a Strong Agile Lean Servant-Leader Model.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range - Start:
$107,730.00
Pay Range - End:
$200,070.00
