The Equity Analyst will assist in the day-to-day administration of the Company's equity-based compensation program, working closely with HR, Payroll, and others. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the integrity of the equity database (Shareworks) and work directly with the provider to troubleshoot any issues that may come up
• Set up new equity holder records and make sure all necessary participant information is on file
• Import new grants into the database after Board of Directors approval and send notifications to employees
• Ensure that all stock option exercise and RSU vesting events are accurately processed and reported to Payroll in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal company policy
• Respond to employee questions related to equity
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation of records between equity database and general ledger, HR, payroll, and tax reporting
• Deliver equity-related education materials and other employee communications as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience in stock administration
• Equity administration experience at a fast-growing company in both the private and public sector is highly preferred
• Experience with Shareworks or other third-party equity administration platform(s)
• Possess strong technological skills, including experience using Excel and Google Suite
• Accountable, resourceful, and detail-oriented
• Ability to self-manage competing priorities successfully and work under minimal supervision
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• People person, service-oriented, energized to make an impact, and highly motivated
