About the Role
GoodRx Health is a next-generation online health resource where doctors, pharmacists and editorial experts provide authoritative answers to thousands of vital health questions. Our team is seeking a Director, Strategy/Operations, to support the growth and operations of this new business. You will be responsible for leading bizops projects; partnering with leaders from across the business to launch new revenue-generating products; and creating processes to improve how our growing team operates.
The right candidate is a high-achiever looking for a hybrid role with an interest in both strategy and execution. This role will report to our GM, GoodRx Health and work cross-functionally with leaders from across the business, including our Editorial, Sales, Product, Media, and Business Intelligence teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives and help scale business operations for GoodRx Health
- Conduct assessments of new business opportunities for GoodRx and GoodRx Health
- Build a world-class operational partnership with our Sales function as we launch new products
- Partner with executive stakeholders in support of company-wide strategic initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years in a business operations, strategy/consulting, or investing role
- Ability to influence and guide executive leadership on challenging business decisions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in analyzing and presenting complex information
Bonus Points:
- Experience in healthcare
- Experience in Sales, Sales Ops, and/or a Go-To-Market function
- MBA
