Job Description:

The Digital Web Analytics Sr. Analyst, Advisor role will be a part of our design, research and analytics communities and will lead a small team of analysts to deliver digital analytics and insights. This role will collaborate with our business partners, development teams, design partners, researchers and product owners to insure they have a clear picture of how users are engaging with the digital tools we are creating. This role will be responsible for generating standard reporting and complete ad hoc analyses designed to monitor the digital user experience and answer business questions.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Lead a small team of consultant analysts, as well as have individual project work
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to align on product KPIs
  • Ability to establish and carry on web and mobile Analytics Instrumentation life cycle (Define KPIs, translate KPIs to technical requirements, validate implemented requirements, build reports to satisfy defined business KPIs)
  • Define data requirements for projects, identify missing metrics to build KPIs, and work with Product/Technical Product Owners to implement tagging requirements to ensure proper tracking and reporting of digital data
  • Define, develop, and present standard KPI reports using Adobe Analytics tools (e.g: Workspace, Report Builder, data warehouse)
  • Investigate, analyze, and socialize digital usage analytics to identify trends and create data-driven insights about visitor behavior (e.g. traffic patterns, conversion funnel, navigation behavior, and pathing)
  • Deliver actionable data-driven insights to business stakeholders through story-telling presentations and presentation skills
  • Combine analytics insights from multiple sources (e.g. session replay, feedback surveys) to generate insights when applicable
  • Function as a subject matter expert on utilization of Adobe Analytics and analyzing web metrics across applicable apps and websites for user insights
  • Write and maintain technical documentation and requirements related to web and mobile analytics
  • Stay current with the latest developments with Adobe Analytics

What you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of data analytics using Adobe Analytics related tools or equivalent work experience
  • Experienced with most of the following Adobe Analytics Admin tools, such as Reporting Suites setup and configurations (conversion and traffic variables, processing rules, marketing channels, classifications), classification rule builder, classification importer, data feed, and data sources)
  • Experienced with Adobe Analytics components (Projects, segments, calculated metrics, VRs)
  • Good understanding of web analytics basics: tags, cookies, variables, Data Layer
  • Experience with cross-channel and omnichannel data analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for optimizing the user experience
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Admin Console a plus
  • Basic JavaScript and CSS experience a plus
  • Motivated, result oriented self-starter, curious and inquisitive

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 86,300 - 143,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
