Job Description The Role:
Digital Analytics at Chase is central to understanding behavior on Chase's web and mobile platforms for millions of customers. We are looking for a Data Science Associate to develop intelligence for the optimization of content placement on Chase Digital Channels to improve customer experiences and drive business outcomes. This individual will work directly with Digital Product Leadership to analyze data, present insights, design A/B tests, and drive strategies. This is a new role for someone who thrives in making sense of complexity, has a passion for solving problems, and can deliver results at scale.
Responsibilities include:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Chase's digital data through Adobe Analytics and other data sources
  • Lead optimization analytics on the relationship between digital content, treatments, customer experience, and business outcomes
  • Communicating data, reporting, and insights at scale across a variety of stakeholders
  • Structure and present executive-level analysis to enable strategic decisions, and identify opportunities


You are a strong candidate if you have:

  • 1+ years of related experience in digital or analytics roles
  • Experience in using data to optimize experiences against business outcomes
  • Experience in using advanced analytics, modeling, or machine learning techniques to produce scalable results
  • Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to distill complex data into presentations that are fit for audience needs
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or other Web Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx and SQL
