Digital Analyst, Lead
Key Role:
Support the business through communications and marketing activities that focus on customer experience (CX) messaging and support client goals. Conduct communications and marketing efforts through a mix of digital channels and analyze their effectiveness. Analyze and communicate content needs, create plans for updates and enhancements, and develop overarching content strategies for websites and applications. Develop editorial calendars and curate social media content across multiple channels. Develop digital listening reports using tools, including Meltwater, to analyze online conversations and provide insights on trends. Analyze or contribute solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review and assist in the guidance of junior resources. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with marketing communications, digital marketing, social media, content curation, digital listening, strategy, and reporting in a professional work environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to identify as a self-starter and work independently
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once, manage time and tasks efficiently, and communicate availability and status to project leads proactively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and focus on high-impact activities
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with developing communications, marketing plans, and editorial calendars while working directly with clients for review and approvals in balance with shifting priorities and communications needs
- Experience with developing an overarching digital content strategy to perform analysis, create plans, and provide guidance for the creation, delivery, and governance of useful, usable content
- Experience with building digital and social media playbooks that address priorities and campaign-specific initiatives while curating social media content across multiple platforms using tools, including Meltwater, for reporting and collaboration
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills to present ideas and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner

Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 109,600 to 203,600 . Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
