Primary Responsibilities:

• Creates specifications to bring data into a common structure, create product specifications and models, develop data solutions to support analyses, perform analysis, interpret results, develop actionable insights and present recommendations for use across the company
• Partners with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization
• Troubleshoots data integrity issues, analyzes data for completeness to meet business needs and proposes documented solution or recommendations
• Verifies the accuracy of data analyses produced by self or others
• Builds cross-functional relationships with Product/Project Managers, Business Analysts, Data
• Engineers, Quality Assurance, and leaders to understand the business data & structure needs and deliver on those needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in analytical discipline or equivalent experience
• Training, education and/or experience in Data Analytics, Data manipulation and Reporting
• Experience working on relational databases and handling unstructured data using Spark and/or HDFS
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and data visualizations techniques
• Experience in SQL, Python or R, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare industry experience
• Working experience in Databricks
• Working experience in DOMO and/or PowerBI
• Azure experience
• Self-motivated and organized to remain focused on objectives
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with ability to think outside the box

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
