Data Protection Transformation Analyst

You'll help develop functional goals and priorities that align with our overall strategy. You'll collaborate with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in product and infrastructure support
- Knowledge of Backup Services/Products (NetBackup, Cohesity)
- Familiarity with Storage Services/Processes and Data Ecosystems
- Knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met
- Ability to execute within a customer-centric environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized and able to efficiently manage multiple activities with minimal supervision
- Quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and help develop innovative client solutions
- Evaluate and document current state processes across all Data Protection products in JPMC
- Evaluate current tools used to support the end to end Data Protection Services
- Evaluate Data Sources/Inventories for data quality issues
- Capture and overlay current issues/challenges with processes and supporting tools
- Define end state processes and tools for Data Protection Services both tactical and strategic
- Rank/prioritize end state objectives
- Implement tactical and strategic objectives
- Develop training materials in support of changes

About the Team The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorgan Chase aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. The group proactively and strategically partners with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently; and drive automation of controls.
