Data Architect

Data Architect for St. Louis, MO to design & develop analytical models and data-driven solutions to improve seed production business intelligence and decision-making; develop data-driven analytical measures to evaluate product efficacy & valuation; collect & validate business information required to define and optimize data requirements; develop global data definitions & governance roadmaps to improve the quality of data available to business stakeholders, efficiency of communications and alignment with business goals; evaluate data governance roadmaps & current and future capabilities against business goals and provide recommendations to improve adoption and usage; leverage domain knowledge to lead business stakeholders through process & solution changes; prepare management reports evaluating business problems & recommending data-driven solutions; use data-driven solutions to generate business insights and conduct business profiling. Requires Master's in Operations Research, Engineering Management, or closely related field & 3 yrs experience designing, architecting & optimizing data assets using information data models; defining physical & functional data modeling capabilities including security, back-up and recovery specifications on data storage platforms; designing, developing & implementing cloud native microservices using AWS Lambda, SNS and SQS; building secure & scalable cloud-based AWS applications using Python, Ping One, AWS IAM and AWS Cognito; using AWS Glue & AWS Athena to build data transformation and processing pipelines; and building CI/CD pipelines using Github & AWS Cloud formation.Mail resume to Cascinda Fischbeck, Bayer CropScience LP, 800 N.
