As a Data Analysis Manager you will shape the overall future of recurring revenue analytics and insights for Cisco's subscription software portfolio. You will have the opportunity to build and operationalize key data science capabilities to turn software product usage and recurring revenue data into business insights that enhance business decision-making capabilities. • Collaborate to define/deliver the strategy recurring revenue portfolio
• Deliver analytics products with Product Owners, business collaborators and data science engineering teams
• Lead Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to breakdown product or project needs and supervise and prioritize the product team's work based upon knowledge of requirements, schedule, team capacity, and dependencies
• Own the analysis and execution of key data science or business insights capabilities to improve recurring revenue, optimize organizational performance, and guide Customer Success programs and strategies
• Apply agile frameworks and standard methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to lead projects/assignments and continuously enable team growth by assessing work and providing ongoing feedback
• Address and roll up issues and proposes solutions
• Develop reporting and analytic resources tailored to business
• Drive the enablement of key data sets curated and optimized for data science models around product features/telemetry, financial data, customer experience data, and many more
• Work cross-functionality on implementing our analytic roadmaps while aligning with Product Management, Dev and QA to deliver polished final product
• Mentor business analysts and data engineers on the team

The ONEx Business Insights team is hiring a Data Analysis Manager to accelerate the transformation Cisco's Customer Experience (CX) organization through customer data analysis, analytics, and business insights. The vision for our team is to design best-in-class analytics products that can be used by our internal collaborators to drive recurring revenue growth and increase customer adoption of Cisco's product and service portfolio.

Who You Are
A go getter who thrives with delivering high quality outcomes. The ideal candidate loves data, is an out of the box problem solver, and thrives in an unstructured work environment. You have developed technical solutions for business insights. You have industry knowledge and experience in relevant Software as a Service business models, Customer Success, and Renewals. You have experience with the large data systems & modeling techniques of today with an eye on future innovation to drive progress. You think about the interactions between process, data & analysis and how to bring them together to improve insights that can be used to drive our customer's success, adoption, and renewal of Cisco's software and service offer portfolio.
Minimum Requirements :

• Proven experience in leading engagements across large, multi-functional, and multi-disciplined teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in delivering software and/or business intelligence systems using Agile methodology
• Demonstrable experience in managing an end-to-end development team, Analysts, Developer and multi-functional engineering resources in Agile delivery model
• 8+ years of demonstrated ability in a Business Intelligence role responsible for building and implementing BI insights
• Demonstrable experience using data science models and analysis to improve enterprise processes, improve software products, revenue outcomes or similar
• Solid understanding of relational databases and visualization tools
• Demonstrable ability to lead a team of multiple people
• Fun, highly energetic personality; great teammate that works well in multi-tiered situations
• Demonstrable, involved, and sophisticated SQL and/or basic to intermediate Python or R programming
