For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Cybersecurity Program Analyst with experience conducting Capability Based Analyses, Analyses of Alternatives and other forms of systems capability definition and programmatic planning. This position will involve direct engagement with a new Navy Directorate – you will be working with them to define long term goals, capability roadmaps and conducting technology market analyses. The work will span a wide spectrum of technologies – from cybersecurity protection suites to digital transformation applications and cloud computing.

What does this mean to you? We are looking for a Senior leader with experience working at both the Echelon II and III levels, assisting groups composed of both Navy leaders and technologists to complete complex trade-off analyses, generate technical and acquisition strategies, and map capability to afloat, afloat and ashore platform needs. Experience with Navy organizations, fleet operations, the acquisition life cycle and resource sponsor roles will offer distinct advantages to the successful candidate.

Let's talk salary. The ideal salary range for this position based on what we are asking you to do in the role is $100,000 - $150,000. We'd like to start somewhere in that ballpark and go from there. The ideal candidate will possess an active DOD SECRET clearance and have experience with NAVSEA surface combat system development and integration.

Desired Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with US Navy program offices, directorates or labs in support of systems development, integration and overall acquisition execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, Computer Information Systems or similar technical domain.
• Experience leading projects and collaborative teams, including ensuring alignment of goals and objectives across both Government and Contractor personnel.
• Experience serving on or providing analysis for a military staff (OPNAV, Combatant or Component Commander, Numbered Fleet, Squadron, etc.).
• Experience performing a strategic communications role or developing strategic and programmatic products (JCIDS documents, gap analyses, CONOPS).
• Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and U.S. citizenship.
