Position at Clear Capital

Clear Capital is looking for an experienced Customer Support Engineer, Data & Analytics who will provide service and support for our portfolio of SaaS, Data, and Analytics products.

What you will work on

This role will focus on a variety of data and analytics products in our portfolio. This includes our valuation appraisal products - ClearAVM, AVM Reselling, and AVM Cascade; our proprietary enterprise order management system(s) , current and new. As well as a variety of similar products in production or new release. You will become an expert user of these platforms, working closely with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure effective support and customer delight. Some of the tasks you will work on include: order monitoring, resolving system processing errors, data integrity issues, bill rate adjustments, system support and credential management.

Qualified candidates should demonstrate a strong passion and ability for assisting customers and internal team members. You should have excellent troubleshooting ability coupled with intuitive reasoning. You take pride in being a self-starter, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and leveraging a strong desire to work with a variety of software platforms, tools, and processes. You should enjoy collaboration with developers to refine, build, test, and release procedures across the organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience, start-up experience is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree in CS, MIS, EE, IE, or closely related field.
• Working knowledge of Linux, AWS, ETL, SQL (postgreSQL preferred)
• Practical experience in PaaS, SaaS, and related monitoring and analytics
• Working knowledge of JSON with understanding of relational databases, internal DB structures
• Hands-on experience with XML Viewer, DBVisualizer, and similar tools
• Technical understanding and working knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture and SSOT services
• Practical experience in configuring and debugging software programs and tools
• Technical ability to understand Clear Capital's detailed products and help create support documentation where necessary.
• Customer-focused with desire and ability to deliver customer delight.
• Able to multitask and be responsive/flexible to support customer and internal team needs with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable with a high paced, Fintech environment
• Strong understanding and mindset for continuous improvement and delivery
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and teach others
• Passion for solving dynamic challenges with a strong sense of ownership and drive
