Job Description

Build high-impact solutions to prevent wildfires and mitigate power grid failures along the West Coast. Our Logic20/20 teams are using data science and predictive modeling in the utilities industry to scale capabilities, manage risk, and create clear visuals to action next steps. Our use of cutting-edge technology is gaining national recognition while protecting millions of users and the environment.

As the Consulting Director of Advanced Analytics, you will develop business, strategize for go-to-market, and manage client delivery. This is a highly visible, influential role entrusted with developing and delivering innovative consulting solutions. You’ll channel your entrepreneurial spirit as you use advanced technology and insights to solve business problems. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to provide mentorship and guidance as you collaborate with your team.

The Logic20/20 Advanced Analytics team is where skilled professionals in data engineering, data science, and visual analytics join forces to build simple solutions for complex data problems. You are

• Successful in ever-evolving environments, maintaining effectiveness in highly strategic, deeply operational, and tactical conversations
• Strategic and tactical, using your skills to guide the development and execution of account plans to meet business objectives
• Always seeking collaboration, with a proven track record of driving outcomes across multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Deeply analytical, with expertise in visualizing data to drive highly impactful, actionable insights

Qualifications

You have

• 10+ years of client-facing consulting experience at a leading consulting firm (REQUIRED)
• Expertise in advanced analytics consulting and a proven skillset using data analysis and visualization to lead continuous improvement
• Experience consulting in the utilities or energy industries
• Demonstrated experience navigating and managing relationships in large client organizations
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide solutions with both business and technical focus
• Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively
• A passion for mentoring and developing consultants to fulfill their potential
• A Bachelor’s degree

Additional Information

Compensation starts at $200,000+, DOE
