The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for collaborating with business product owners, stakeholders and IT functional and technical teams to assist in driving business processes, identifying/documenting requirements, creating functional designs, and supporting development, testing, and post-production activities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages product development by actively collaborating with development and business team
• Creates artifacts such as requirements, process flows, features, and user stories
• Collaborates with technical team to determine relevant solution options
• Actively participates in sprint or project planning and guides/establishes objectives
• Manages demos and stakeholder approvals

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Related Experience, Qualifications and/or Certifications:

• 5+ years of overall experience as a business systems analyst or functional product owner
• Experience with implementing technology solutions in a retail environment
• Experience working on integration solutions for Salesforce with other external systems
• Experience working with an Agile development methodologies
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Core preferred
