Join Business Technology and Innovation (BTI) at PNC in the ACFR Group responsible for Asset and Liability Management, Finance, Risk and Capital Markets. You would be working on critical Apps that support the day-to-day liquidity management and securities portfolio of the Bank.
Join our agile technology group supporting the Asset & Liability Management. Expect a fast paced environment with multiple priorities. Your objective will be to ensure processes and requirement documents are complete and accurate. Synchronize living technical process documents before each release. Research and document detailed business requirements for analytics and reporting across all A&L functions. Execute technology team initiative to capture knowledge to improve transparency with internal and vendor based solutions.
The Following Skills and Experiences are preferred:
- Business and Data Analysis skills
- Knowledge of Securities trading and settlements, Securities Financing /
Repo, Fixed Income analytics
- SQL intermediate to advanced level
- Documentation skills
- Analyze batch processes, data sets and dependencies
- Must have technology and financial experience
- Critical ability to take complex processes and document in a simple easy to
follow step by step manner
- Ability to recognize and capture dependencies across multiple applications,
process and data flows without difficulty
- Having a good understanding of financial products will be highly beneficial
- Knowledge of capital markets and trading lifecycle is a strong plus

- Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
- Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
- Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
- Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
- Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .

Technical Writing/Documentation – Knowledge of the technical language and writing approach, and the ability to write paper-based and on-line technical reference documentation (guidelines, standards, procedures, processes, applications, etc.)
Workflow Analysis – Knowledge of and ability to manage IT work activities, processes and progress within a system to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
