About the Team
The Marketing Technology team is responsible for driving host and guest growth. We do this through a variety of marketing campaigns, both paid marketing and free. We build products that allow us to reach more audiences, improve our targeting, and optimize our bidding.
About the Role
We’re looking for an analyst to work in our email marketing space. The analyst will analyze the performance of outbound campaigns in order to inform plans and strategies around future campaigns. The analyst will design experimentation & measurement plans in a rapid test & learn model to garner the right insights to power systematic improvements to lifecycle campaigns. The analyst will conduct in-depth analysis to identify actionable user insights / trends and make recommendations that inform and impact the strategy and plans. Finally, the analyst will build and manage comprehensive daily, weekly and monthly reporting to help drive high-level oversight of program health, proactively developing regular insights from data to enable performance management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Physics, Economics, Engineering); Masters a plus
- Past Experience in marketing and lifecycle marketing a plus
- 1+ year experience in Data Science
- Fluency in the core toolkit of Data Science:
- R/Python; SQL/Hive
- Manipulating large-scale data sets
- Building data pipelines
- Developing funnels & decomposing metrics variation
- Creating innovative metrics
- Implementing visualizations, dashboards, and reports
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
