• Gather, interpret, and use complex data to build operations dashboards and network optimization models.
• Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, develop solutions and drive results through a thorough, data-backed process.
• Be responsible for market analysis, identifying and assessing growth opportunities.
• Work with senior leadership to solve some of the company's most critical strategic problems, implement new initiatives, and support field operations teams.
• Partner with finance, product and engineering teams to research and evaluate automation solutions that optimize and drive business process efficiency.

Minimum:

• BA/BS in Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Data Science or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics
• Proficient in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Suite and G-Suite
• Proven track record of executing operations continuous process improvements

Preferred:

• Masters in Data Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
• Relevant experience in transportation, network design, distribution and program/project management
• Retail and online delivery experience
