Insight is seeking a Business Analyst, Sr. to join our Atlanta team within Insight Digital Innovation.

The Business Analyst is typically the liaison between the customers and the technical development team. They are responsible for working with client users and customers to gather user and business requirements, direct business modeling and use case analysis, and write use case documentation. They are also technical enough to understand code, assist in quality assurance tasks, and interact daily with the technical development team.

Requirements:

• Experience with Agile, UML, Iterative, or custom methodologies
• Experience working as a liaison between Business Units and IT
• Experience working on medium to large sized projects
• Experience performing use case development and analysis
• Experience with logical data modeling, workflow modeling and business process modeling
• Full life cycle software application development (SDLC) background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in facilitating client meetings and conducting detailed interviews to solicit user requirements
• Commitment to customer service

Desired Skills:

• Experience with User Acceptance and User Certification Testing
• Experience with Requirements Analysis and Design
• CMM or Six Sigma experience or certifications
• Hands on experience with SharePoint or Business Intelligence tools
