How will you make an impact?

  • Elicit business requirements through brainstorming sessions, interviewing business partners, observing business partners in their day to day role, and requirements gathering sessions. Guide business users to evaluate their processes in a detailed manner to capture all aspects affected by the project.
  • Work with IT delivery functions throughout the project delivery lifecycle to ensure all project goals and objectives are met, gathering, driving and documenting stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, development and testing phases
  • Translating stakeholder requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional requirements or user stories, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, etc.
  • Analyzing business processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and/or required functional enhancements, and documenting business processes and procedures
  • Providing inputs to testing plans for product and user acceptance test phases and create test scenarios for both phases
  • Providing deep functional expertise of system capabilities
  • Works closely, and develop good working relationships with the business
  • For smaller projects working closely with IT delivery teams to lead the execution of IT projects. Coordinate and schedule critical meetings for project execution with business owners and IT stakeholders.



How will you get here?

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred or equivalent job experience
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Deep knowledge of system capabilities
  • Strong Analysis skills - knowledge of business processes and systems; ability to identify inefficiencies and form solutions
  • Strong technical and project management skills
  • Ability to meet required metrics
