Collaborative:  You will straddle the line between analytics and the business to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency using business intelligence and database tools such as Tableau and SQL.

Partner-focused:  You will help guide the business in improving processes, products, services and software through data analysis that drive our Customer Success interactions.

Logical and Data-driven:  You find the problem, analyze the data, and implement a solution without being told how to do it.  You are able to use both your analyst skills and creativity to find ways to build and improve processes within the business.

Passionate:  Passion for learning, for new experiences, and for being the best at what you do.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and manage Tableau dashboards and metrics
  • Leverage metrics, data analysis, and financial models to measure performance, deliver meaningful business insights, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Complete detailed data analysis and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and tools, answer key questions, and run experiments for our fintech products including payments, financing, card issuance, and more.
  • Ask “why” often. Your proactive inquisitiveness means you’re performing first-of-its-kind analyses
  • Become an expert in financial technology products and services, and gain a deep understanding of the entire Fintech ecosystem

 

Finding opportunities to improve the business and executing them: This is the fun part. We know where we are and where we need to be, so how do we get there?

 

  • Interpret data and findings and translates them into feasible options, communicate these back to the business stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders and team to prioritize requirements
  • May include leading other analytics resources

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business administration, finance, economics or data analytics
  • 2-3 years of related work experience (examples: customer success analytics, data analysis, process management, and project management)
  • High analytical ability
  • Curious, proactive and driven for impact
  • Experience with SQL
  • Advanced excel skills or experienced in the regular use of business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Demo

 Compensation: Min $75,000 OTE
